Alison French, DVM is a Rhinelander native. She graduated from UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. After three years of small animal practice in Stoughton, she returned to Rhinelander and the Boyd Animal Hospital. She purchased Boyd Animal Hospital in 2003. Besides providing high quality medicine to her patients, she really enjoys performing surgery. She is always up for a challenge and loves it when a beloved pet benefits from her medical and/or surgical skills. She enjoys spending her spare time with her two children and the menagerie of critters at her house. Her love for horses is very apparent, as she owns many of them. She enjoys trail riding, driving her pony, and performing with the Northwoods Equestrian Drill Team.
